Terms of Service

QuickGraft provides AI-powered quote and invoice generation software for UK tradespeople and sole traders. The service is provided on a subscription basis at £14.99 + VAT per month, or £120 + VAT per year. A 14-day free trial is available with no credit card required. After the trial period, a subscription is required to continue using the service.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your password. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access. You must provide accurate information when registering, including your business name and UTR number where requested. You must be at least 18 years old to use QuickGraft.

QuickGraft uses artificial intelligence to generate quotes and invoices based on your job descriptions and pricing profile. Important: All AI-generated quotes are estimates only. You are solely responsible for: — Reviewing and verifying all generated quotes before sending to clients — Ensuring figures are accurate and appropriate for the work described — Any quotes sent to your clients and any resulting contracts — CIS calculations — always verify with your accountant or HMRC — VAT calculations — always verify if you are VAT registered QuickGraft makes no warranty that AI-generated quotes are accurate, complete or suitable for your specific circumstances.

You may use QuickGraft only for legitimate business purposes. You must not: — Generate fraudulent quotes or invoices — Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape or extract data from the service — Use the service to generate content that is misleading, defamatory or illegal — Share your account with other individuals or businesses — Attempt to circumvent usage limits or abuse the AI generation feature — Use automated scripts or bots to access the service

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then. We do not offer refunds for partial months. If you cancel within the 14-day free trial, you will not be charged. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice. You will be notified by email before any price change takes effect.

Your quotes, invoices, and client data belong to you. You can export your data at any time from your account settings. If you delete your account, your data will be removed within 30 days, subject to our legal retention obligations (see Privacy Policy). We take reasonable technical measures to protect your data. To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuickGraft's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the claim. We are not liable for: — Any inaccuracy in AI-generated quotes or invoices — Loss of business, revenue or profits arising from use of the service — Any decision made by you or your client based on a QuickGraft-generated quote — Service interruptions or data loss Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.

QuickGraft and its underlying technology, branding, and code are owned by QuickGraft. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the service for your business purposes. The content you create using QuickGraft (your quotes, invoices, client data) remains yours.

We may update, modify or discontinue features of the service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes that affect your use of the service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer (not using the service for business purposes), you may also have rights under consumer protection legislation.
