Plain English: Use QuickGraft for legitimate business purposes. AI quotes are estimates — always check them before sending to clients. Cancel anytime.

2. The Service
QuickGraft provides AI-assisted quote and invoice generation software for UK tradespeople and sole traders, along with cash flow tracking and payment reminder tools.
By creating an account and using the service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
3. Subscription and Pricing
QuickGraft is offered on a monthly subscription at £14.99 per month. A 14-day free trial is available. No credit card is required to start the trial. After the trial period, a paid subscription is required to continue accessing the service.
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain full access until then. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
If a payment fails, Stripe will automatically retry. If payment cannot be collected, your account will move to read-only mode — you can view existing data but cannot create new quotes or invoices. You will be notified by email at each stage.
We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice. You will be notified by email before any price increase takes effect.
4. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your password or account with others.
You must provide accurate information when registering, including your business name. You must be at least 18 years old to use QuickGraft.
Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
5. Acceptable Use
You may use QuickGraft only for legitimate business purposes. You must not:
— Generate fraudulent, misleading or illegal quotes or invoices.
— Share your account credentials with other individuals or businesses.
— Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape or extract data from the service.
— Attempt to circumvent usage limits or abuse the AI generation feature through automated scripts or bots.
— Use the service to send unsolicited commercial messages to clients.
— Upload or submit content that infringes third-party rights or violates any applicable law.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that breach this policy without notice.
6. AI-Generated Content
QuickGraft uses artificial intelligence to generate quotes and other content based on your job descriptions and pricing profile.
Important: All AI-generated output is an estimate only. You are solely responsible for:
— Reviewing and verifying all generated quotes before sending to clients.
— Ensuring figures are accurate and appropriate for the work described.
— Any quotes sent to your clients and any contracts or obligations that result.
— Verifying CIS deductions with your accountant or HMRC before relying on them.
— Verifying VAT calculations if you are VAT registered.
QuickGraft makes no warranty that AI-generated quotes are accurate, complete or suitable for your specific circumstances. Always check before you send.
6a. AI-Generated Content and Accuracy
QuickGraft uses third-party Artificial Intelligence to assist in generating quotes, estimates, and line items. While we strive for quality output, AI can produce inaccurate pricing, hallucinated materials, or incorrect tax calculations.
You are solely responsible for verifying all outputs before sending to clients. This includes labour rates, material costs, VAT calculations, and CIS deductions. Mackie AI Enterprises Limited is not liable for any financial loss, underquoted jobs, or disputes arising from quotes or invoices generated using this platform.
6b. Client Data (Data Processing)
When you enter client personal data (names, addresses, emails) into QuickGraft, you act as the Data Controller and QuickGraft acts as the Data Processor under UK GDPR. You confirm you have the legal right to process your clients' data and to upload it to our platform. We process this data solely to provide the QuickGraft service to you.
7. Service Availability
We will use reasonable endeavours to keep the service available and operational. However, we do not guarantee any specific level of uptime and do not offer a service level agreement (SLA) at this stage.
We may carry out planned maintenance from time to time, typically outside UK business hours. We will give reasonable notice of significant planned downtime where possible.
8. Account Termination
You may close your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. On closure, your personal data will be removed within 30 days subject to our legal retention obligations.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we are required to do so by law. In the event of termination for breach, no refund will be issued.
9. Your Data
Your quotes, invoices, and client data belong to you. You can export your records at any time using the export feature in your account.
See our Privacy Policy at quickgraft.co.uk/legal/privacy for full details of how we collect, store and process your data.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mackie AI Enterprises Limited's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the claim.
We are not liable for:
— Any inaccuracy in AI-generated quotes, invoices or calculations.
— Loss of business, revenue or profits arising from your use of the service.
— Any decision made by you or your client based on a QuickGraft-generated document.
— Service interruptions, data loss, or third-party service failures.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11. Intellectual Property
QuickGraft, its branding, software and underlying technology are owned by Mackie AI Enterprises Limited. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service for your legitimate business purposes during your active subscription.
The content you create using QuickGraft — your quotes, invoices, and client records — remains yours.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email with at least 14 days' notice before they take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer (not using the service for business purposes), you may also have rights under consumer protection legislation that cannot be excluded by contract.
